Mallory grew up in Bellingham, Washington and attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate degree. After graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, Mallory attended the UW School of Law where she sat on the Moot Court Honor Board, published two articles in the Washington Journal of Law Technology and Arts, and was invited to be a member of the trial advocacy honor society, Order of the Barristers. She represented the UW on two national mock trial teams and won top honors in several mock trial competitions, including Best Advocate in the 2010 UW Law School Mock Trial Competition, the 2011 Buffalo New York National Mock Trial Competition, and the 2012 Judge John C. Coughenour Trial Advocacy competition. In 2012, she joined Peterson Wampold Rosato Feldman Luna as an associate attorney.
Mallory has tried numerous cases to verdict, several resulting in seven and eight-figure awards. Her practice involves litigation and trial work in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, insurance bad faith, and personal injury.
Mallory is an active member of the Washington State Association for Justice, teaches Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at the UW School of Law, has coached UW mock trial teams, and sits on the UW Moot Court Honor Board Alumni Advisory Board.
Mallory lives in the Greenwood neighborhood with her husband.
